Under the leadership of Shri M.D. Kewlani, the Shiva Homes journey began with Shiva Residency Phase I—a community of 76 bungalows that laid the foundation for a series of noteworthy Raipur landmarks.
When Prateek Kewlani took over the reins during the launch of Shiva Residency Phase II, the brand brought together generations of real-estate wisdom and a progressive outlook. Shiva Homes gradually grew in size, stature and recognition.
